The Schnitzelhaus in Tampa has been owned and operated by Susi and Mike Jacobi for the last 16 years. It has 80 seats a fully equipped kitchen and bakery. We have a 2COP (beer and wine) license, which can be transferred to the new owners. We are very centrally located and draw customers from up to 60 miles away. The guestroom is decorated with beer steins, pictures, maps and memorabilia. The table cloth is in Bavarian colors and bought in Germany.
The premises are leased. For sale is the complete inventory: kitchen incl. dishwashing area, service are with beer keg cooler, icemaker, all refrigeration, stoves, hood, microwaves etc. All cooking equipment stays as well, as all plates, cutlery and glass ware. Also all decorations and our website. You will be buying the cooperation Schnitzelhaus, Inc, which has the advantage that the name "Schnitzelhaus" is protected in Florida. This is a full turn key operation.
As we have many loyal guests and we would like as smooth a turn over as possible, we are willing to train you on our operation and recipes as long as necessary.
